Board of Directors

Our Board

All business of the Association is conducted by the Board of Directors, composed of twelve (12) members who are elected by the members of the Association at the Annual Meeting.   Each Director is elected to serve a three (3) year term, and serves without compensation.

It is the duty of the Board of Directors to “conduct, manage, and control the affairs and business of the Association, and to make and enforce such rules and regulations that are consistent with law, with the Articles of Incorporation, The Declaration, and Bylaws, as the Board may deem necessary or advisable.”
